Two-hatted fine dining restaurant Pilu at Freshwater is placed on Sydney's iconic Freshwater Beach and encapsulates the essence of Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Acclaimed celebrity chef Giovanni Pilu creates a NSW produce-inspired Italian menu that can be enjoyed in the unmatched surroundings of this beautiful Hamptons-inspired beach house that will delight visitors to NSW.

Exclusive to Pilu at Freshwater, their new 'Experience' packages are now available to International visitors. Choose from either 'Meet the Chef' or 'Meet the Sommelier' packages.

These options are available with the seven-course degustation and matched wines menu.
Guests will get up close and personal with Giovanni who will personally present each course.

In addition to serving lunch and dinner six days a week, Pilu at Freshwater has several function spaces. From an intimate private room for a family celebration, to larger touring groups in the garden all with a spectacular seaside backdrop.
