Once a private investigator’s office, No 92 has transformed into a neighbourhood wine bar and restaurant in the heart of Glebe.
Take a seat in the elegant, renovated terrace – or people watch on from an outside seat or lap up the sun in the courtyard – and enjoy a fantastic wine list, creative cocktails and a Mexican-meets-European inspired menu. Think catch of the day ceviche with salted cucumber, habanero and hibiscus oil, duck al pastor taco cooked over charcoal, charred cabbage with chipotle bechamel, and pipi rigatoni seasoned with samphire and Aleppo pepper.
The space was fitted out by Sydney-based designers Pattern Studio and feels like a private home, retaining its Victorian features and decorated with steel wall sconces, marble tables, plush rugs and roman candles.
