Banchō is Sydney Chinatown's only cocktail and whisky focused small bar.

Opened in 2018 in Thomas Lane, Banchō offers creative house cocktails featuring fresh produce and the bounty of Asian ingredients around, including inspiration from Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and Korean ingredients.

Their whisky collection features Japanese, Scotch, American, Australian and Taiwanese whiskies, including rare and independent bottlings.

And you can snack on delicious bar food and more as you enjoy cocktails and whisky in their small bar space.
